Mardi Gras Masquerade is painted on a Roclon pre-cut banner with three tabs at the top that can be hung on a decorative hanger. Painted with acrylics and embellished with DecoArt Media Interference Paint and Metallics giving a shimmering translucent look to some of the strokes. The buttons at the top are 1-1/4" domes.
